1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SocietyKart platform (website, mobile application, and related services), operated by Pranshul Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — SocietyKart website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "User" / "Customer" — Any person who accesses or uses the Platform to browse or place orders.
• "Seller" — A registered vendor or business that lists and sells products on the Platform.
• "Order" — A request placed by a User to purchase products through the Platform.
• "Delivery Area" — Housing societies and localities served by our sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. By using SocietyKart, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Orders & Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are set by individual sellers and may vary.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or fraud is suspected.
• Once an order is confirmed by the seller, it cannot be cancelled except under certain conditions.
• Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is available only within designated housing societies and service areas.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on demand, weather, or other factors.
• You must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time slot.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

7. Payments

• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (where available).
• All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• SocietyKart does not store your card or banking details.
• In case of payment failures, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

8. Refunds & Returns

• If you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect items, report within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy) cannot be returned once accepted unless quality issues are reported immediately.
• Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion after review.

9. Seller Terms

• Sellers must provide accurate product information including price, weight, and expiry details.
• Sellers are responsible for maintaining food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
• SocietyKart acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality of products sold by sellers.
• Sellers must fulfil confirmed orders within the committed delivery slot.
• Commission and settlement terms are governed by the separate Seller Agreement.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without authorization
• Place fraudulent orders or manipulate the system
• Harass or abuse delivery personnel, sellers, or other users

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software — is the property of Pranshul Enterprises or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

SocietyKart (Pranshul Enterprises) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of product listings, or that the Platform will be free of errors. Product quality is the responsibility of the respective seller.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pranshul Enterprises, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
